MODULA WMS® Software

MODULA WMS® software, developed fully in house by System Logistics provides a complete warehouse management software solution for any requirement.

The software itself is based in the Microsoft SQL Server 2005 relational database and the user interface has been developed in the Microsoft.NET environment.

Within the MODULA WMS® software family of products there are various independent modules available, allowing users to custom tailor a software package to meet their specific needs.

Depending on the software package selected unit functionality can include, but is not limited to; picking by tray number, picking by part number, graphical tray layouts, kitting, batch picking, FIFO, customizable reporting, manual storage areas management, automatic database backup, database maintence, etc.

The four main levels of MODULA WMS® software include:

MODULA® LIFT O.S.

With MODULA® LIFT O.S., which resides on each unit's COPILOT® operator console, users may select trays by tray number or location only. It is also possible to define user access levels, deliver trays to multiple delivery levels on units equipped with dual-delivery, and recover from faults with an easy to use, step by step help diagnostic program. No additional hardware is required to operate the unit as operators use the provided COPILOT® operator console, with a color touch screen user interface and easy to use menus.
